My English teacher always said to read around the subject and that advice has paid off again as I’ve discovered this film is partly based on the Smalls Lighthouse Incident and that beacon was the first to have a flushing toilet installed.
It’s this sort of attention to the wrong detail in combination with my philosophical objections to revision that go some way to explaining my academic achievements, or lack thereof.
